• In Science and Health,p.587:5-8, Eddy states "The theory of three persons in one God…suggests polytheism, rather that the one ever-present I A M". God is a "Divine Principle "(115:13-14), not a person.

  Jesus Christ is presented as a split personality. "Jesus as material manhood, was not Christ"(Miscellaneous Writings, p. 334). "The Christian believes that Christ is God…Jesus Christ is not God"(Science and Health 361:1,2,12)
  
  The existence of the Holy Spirit is denied

• Salvation and the Atonement of Jesus is unnecessary according to Christian Science. Sin is nonexistent and therefore "just an illusion "(Science and Health, 25:6-8, p.71:2, 287:22,23,480:23,24).
