Do You Know?
Thinking of You …

Folks often pass one another cards with the above words on the cover to show how much they mean to each other.  They would like to convey to those dear ones that they matter to them very much.  Well, here’s a, “Thinking of You …” message from Someone who is actually so, so very much, emotionally concerned about you today that He has this to pass on to you:

How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!  If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: for the LORD hath comforted his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted.

But Zion said, The LORD hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me.

Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.

Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God?  But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.

Psalms 139:17,18 Jeremiah 29:11  1 Peter 5:7  Isaiah 49:13-16   Luke 12:6,. 7

God loves us so much and thinks so much of us that He sent His Beloved Son to give His life as a ransom for the redemption of our souls!

Do you and I think about Him and His Beautiful Character often?

Do you and I appreciate His Greatness and contemplate just how low He has stooped down from His High and Lofty Throne to not only take notice of us but actually love us and start a wonderful relationship with us for all eternity?

Well, we certainly should and let us pledge to do so more and more in the days to come, getting back to our First Love.  (Revelation 2:4)
